All jobs except for lapel and bumper stickers are printed on recycled stock with soy ink. You may use two PMS colors, or black plus one PMS color for two color jobs, or black or any PMS color for one color jobs.

You provide a completely composed file in Pagemaker or Quark XPress format (either PC/IBM Compatible or MAC) and laser prints. We provide a proof to you within 2 working days after we receive your disk or file via modem.

Basic preflight of provided files is included. Alteration or correction of provided files will be billed at $75.00 an hour and will delay proof delivery to you.

Your proof is a final proof and will be made from the film to be used to run the job. Corrections/alterations at the final proof stage will entail additional film and proof charges and delay delivery of your job. We are responsible for output errors from your correct files, and we will not bill you for additional proofs or film as a result of our errors.

Delivery in Portland, Oregon is by our truck. Outside Portland, we will ship UPS ground. On your request and at your expense, we will ship by expedited means to addresses outside the UPS one day delivery area.

Payment terms are 50% deposit; balance due before shipping. You may pay by check or by i-Check online.
